Monday:
Breakfast: yogurt
Lunch: lazy latkes 3 potatoes shredded add 2 eggs feeds 4 mix them up and fry it in a pan with heated oil top with sour cream and applesauce
Dinner: calazones  i am super excited about this!

Tuesday:
Breakfast :carrot cake muffins
Lunch: leftovers or cheese sandwich (busy day)
Dinner: pumpkin risotto  rolls

Wednesday:
Breakfast: egg ring
Lunch: leftovers (busy day again)
Dinner: veggie burritos



Thursday:
Breakfast: pumpkin cakes
Lunch: taquitos cheese instead of the meat filling
Dinner: fettuccine and Alfredo  and cheese rolls

Friday:
Breakfast: oatmeal
Lunch: tortilla pizzas
Dinner: naan ceaser salad hummus yummy just for me- my husband will be off with my daughter camping for a daddy daughter camping trip (suppose to be father son but since we don't have a boy...)

Saturday:
Breakfast: leftovers or oatmeal for me (daddy daughter camping trip)
Lunch: black bean salad and chips
Dinner:pad thai and veggie rice

Sunday:
Breakfast: scones
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: stuffed peppers



Shopping list:
tortillas
colby cheese
pumpkin puree (roasted pumpkin or can whichever is cheaper)
pesto (basil leaves or pesto mix whichever is cheapest)
spinach
romaine
ricotta (small)
Parmesan
red onion
6-8 bell peppers
cilantro
green onion
tomatoes
frozen peas
2onion
1 can crescent rolls
bread
fruit for snacking
milk
cheese

cost: $56.00 (I ended up buying a 25 pound bag of onions since they were on sale $2.99 and we were low on lots of items not on sale :( but with that said some weeks you go a little over, but most of the time it is lower so we try to keep that extra money just for these weeks... and after a couple months you may have extra to buy a large bag flour rice and sugar!)
