Monday
Breakfast: cereal
Lunch: mashed potatoes and steamed beets
Dinner: leftover sloppy joes (I didn't blog last week since we were out of town most of the week. I however cooked Sunday night sloppy joes and Friday I made the biscuits, mashed potatoes and gravy with steamed veggies Saturday we ate at a birthday we went to and the rest of the week I was at my mom's house)
Tuesday
Breakfast: yogurt and fruit
Lunch: more potatoes (I crave them!)
Dinner: tacos
Wendsday
Breakfast: blueberry french toast eggs for the little one
Lunch: sandwiches with herbed foccacia bread
Dinner: chicken breast veggies and cheesy potatoes
Thursday
Breakfast: scones fruit and yogurt
Lunch: flour tortilla pizzas
Dinner: enchiladas
Friday
Breakfast: apple sauce pancakes eggs and fruit
Lunch: black bean quesadillas
Dinner: chicken pot pie... and one not so chicken pot pie
Saturday
Breakfast:english muffins eggs orange juice and maybe sausage for the hubby.
Lunch: parsley pesto noodles
Dinner: veggie burgers
Sunday
Breakfast: apple flax muffins fruit
Lunch: herbed naan hummus possible wraps of some sort or just dip the naan in hummus
Dinner: cauliflower soup
Snacks
crackers
celery carrots and dip
fruit
leftovers
Using just over$34 dollars due to gifts from other people's garden and fresh peaches from my tree! Lots of savings!
