As an ex coupon-er... (I still coupon just not like "Extreme Couponing" TLC style), I was taught the cycle's of sales and that this is when you use your coupons. The cycle's usually indicated what items to stock up on, at certain times of the year. I found a website that has the GROCERY CYCLES and it is worth a look at.
